Interface Brokerage & Research Ltd. (IBRL), was incorporated on 18th May, 1994 as Private Limited Company as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad. Thereafter, with effect from 13/06/1995. IBRL was converted into Limited Company.

IBRL is a 100% subsidiary company of Interface Financial Services Ltd. IBRL is a Corporate member of National Stock Exchange of India (Capital Market Segment and F & O Segment). IBRL started operations on the National Stock Exchange of India, Capital Market Segment on 21st September, 1995 at the NSE premises itself as there was a VSAT availability problem at that time. IBRL started F&O operations on NSE from May 2003.  IBRL also obtained Corporate Membership of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and obtained SEBI registration effective from 23rd July, 1998. 

All the operations of the IBRL are computerised having full fledged computerised systems covered under LAN and WINDOWS NT environment with rich configurations.  Besides it has communication facilities such as Telephone Lines, ISDN facilities, Fax, Internet (cable connection), E-mail IDs  etc.
